Attorney Ngo Ngoc Trai from the law firm Cong Chinh acknowledged the request from Tran huynh Duy Thuc's family to take his case to appeal accordingly to the new Penal Code 2015 which take effect in the 1st Jan 2018 in which Mr. Thuc's charges are sufficient to the legislation for amnesty.
